35mm Slide Setup
|
The following list contains brief information on how you should properly set up a file for 35mm imaging. Don't hesitate
to e-mail our Digital Department or call with any questions
or concerns.
Powerpoint
- Change the page options under File > Page Setup to '35mm slides'
- Check all slides for a 0.5" 'cushion' around the slide. Some information can be lost if it is too close to the edge.
- Include any fonts, graphics, or photos with the file.
- All photos should be uncompressed, flattened, RGB TIFF files.
Image Editing Programs
- In CorelDRAW, PageMaker, FreeHand, Illustrator or Quark, you must create a color filled box to use as your background.
Any color will work, and the box should cover the entire page.
- Be sure no critical information is too close to the edge.
- Include any fonts, graphics, or photos with the file. Providing a list with the file helps.
- All photos (either standalone or included in a file) should be uncompressed, flattened, RGB TIFF files.
