Our Seal laminator is 55" wide with both top and bottom hot rollers.
This allows us to offer hot lamination. We can over laminate, encapsulate, face mount to
Plexi or back mount to most substrates.

Lamination
All of our laminates have long-life UV inhibitors built in.
These are vinyl laminates with a heat-sensitive adhesive. We apply these laminates
using a 55" Seal hot roll laminator and we offer the following textures: luster, gloss,
matt, satin matt, canvas and linen. We offer 3, 5 and 10 mil clear laminates for encapsulation.

Mounting Substrates
Art Board
Economical for short-term use or when protected by frames.
Foamcore
Extruded polystyrene core with semi-gloss white liner. Lightweight.
Cuts with an art knife. Economical for short-term use or when protected by frame.
Gatorfoam
Styrofoam core with smooth surface. Good resistance to warp. Durable. Lightweight. Economical.
Sintra
All-plastic PVC sheet. Excellent resistance to warp and corner dent. Durable.
Available in red, white, blue, green, yellow, black and gray.
Non-Glare Face-Mount
The material used is acrylic with a non-glare surface. The print is coated with an
optically clear adhesive and then face-mounted to the acrylic. The acrylic can have
a thickness of 1/16" and up and is flexible and durable.
Clear Face-Mount
The same as above except the surface has a clear surface.

Installation
Our installation department is, in more than one way, the finishing
touch to a great project. We remove the stress from our client by making the complete installation
ourselves or by coordinating with the on-site superintendent, your maintenance department or whomever
to assure the proper installation of the project.
