The engine that pulls our train is marketing. Arthur Noll, who holds Masters degrees in Banking and Marketing, provides the direction and energy for our broad- based marketing program.

The two most important functions of our marketing department are to establish new clients and to make certain we keep them.

We assist in determining the needs of the client and how best to serve them. Then we provide a written quote detailing the service and its cost.Once the order is placed we become the liaison between the client and our production department. Post-production follow-ups allow us to make certain any problem is corrected.

Through our marketing efforts we strive to inform our clients of progressive changes, new products and services. Having our marketing director and president as pilots and using the president's aircraft has allowed Pro Photo to reach a larger market more quickly and efficiently.
